Great location

Staff friendly. We got an upgraded room! Buffet always fresh. Rooms light and airy and cleaned well every day. Pool and steps down into the sea was amazing.

Taxi booking service seemed strange, unable to pre book. No outside seating to eat lunch or dinner, a big shame in such nice weather. Remember a towel for the pool. All inclusive limited through the day, snack bar in suites Hotel only. Drinks in other bars supplement

Everything was great. The staff is very attentive and friendly. All issues were resolved very quickly. Special thanks to Galina at the reception. And the animators were top. The dishes were amazing and always different. The sea is magnificent. There's nothing bad to say. Just thank you for a good holiday.

Apart from the dreadful smell from the bathroom which was in the whole apartment our stay was lovely and I would return

The view was absolutely amazing, the staff too, definitely location is very good, everything is close by and the stroll along the bay is a must unfortunately we had a few very windy days, but to be expected middle of October, the hotel definitely needs refurbishing in some areas, especially the deluxe rooms, all in all a truly lovely stay

We had a awful smell in our bathroom, they said it was the sewers from the sea and it’s all over the hotel, it wasn’t we asked a few other guests and they didn’t have a problem and also my Brother was next door to our apartment and his was fine, they did send someone up to check and to sort the shower drain, unfortunately it didn’t resolve the problem and the smell was sickening ???? ????..

Lovely hotel with superb location & views. Great room sizes. Restaurant experience not the best

We had to change rooms after the first night as the first room we were allocated was musty and tired. The bed and linen smelled of the damp which was coming from the shower room. The shower literally flooded the entire bathroon and spilled over into the bedroom each time it was in use. The flooring was buckling & rottting because of the water damage. Very poorly maintained - I felt sorry for the cleaner as she was the one responsible for trying to make that room 'acceptable' - when in reality the maintenance team need a big kick up the rear end to get the obvious issues sorted. The room really should be taken off sale until it's repaired - it genuinely stank! And so did our clothes and bags after just one night there. Staff were great though, and moved us the next day, the new room was fabulous - and only next door to our original room. The views were exceptional and the location is superb. I would recommend b&b at this hotel rather than half / full board or all inclusive, as there are loads of lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to take advantage of. Staff on the front desk were lovely - smiling and helpful, easy to 'banter' with and creating a really welcoming experience.

Room 139 should be taken from sale until the issues are fixed. Room 138 is lovely! The 'all inclusive' is not worth it. Self serve tiny glasses of beer or wine at the restaurant does not feel like a pleasant dining experience. It would be much nicer with waiter service for drinks at the restaurant (the hotel is 4*), I wasn't expecting a motel canteen style experience. Food was good and a varied choice, but after this stay I've realised that I prefer restuarant dining rather than buffet style free for all.

Good for a short stay, disappointing for a long one

The location was great, close to the bus stops, the beach, and many attractions in Magaluf. The all inclusive service was generally good since we didn't waste so much time searching for places to eat. The pool was nice and in the suite building directly outside our bedroom. The pool bar was great since we could easily take out own drinks whenever we wanted. The suites have a kitchen and also a small fridge/freezer. At breakfast it was cool to have a chef cook us a fresh omelette which tasted very good. The food was also regularly replenished.

The room wasn't clean when we checked in. There was alot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The cleaners didnt really clean the floor, they just mopped over it. Our floor remained sandy for many days after we went to the beach. Usually hotels have soap, shampoo and body wash, not here tho. No hand soap was provided so we had to keep taking the body wash from the shower to wash our hands. The food was okay, but after a few days of staying there the average quality was noticeable. I found huge egg shells in my fried eggs that put me off entirely. The electricity cut off at one point, and since then we had poor wifi connection. It was quite loud outside very early in the morning almost every day we stayed there (8 days). Although there was unlimited beverages with the all Inclusive, non of the sparkling water taps actually gave out sparkling water. The bands became slightly uncomfortable after a while, since they were cut with a pair of scissors, the ends were sharp. We had to ask for a few days before our empty bodywash was replaced. The design of the suite was abit weird.

Wonderful

The food was absolutely amazing, a huge variety of seafood, meat, fish, every day something new. All personnel were very friendly, Alberto is the best animator ever, a very nice guy! The hotel is 100% worth its money, and highly recommended. Very good localization, you have 2 beaches next to you, also access to the sea from the hotel ( special shoes for rocks are must-have).

we arrived very late at 01.30 am and they gave us a room in another block with suites, that was not what we booked, not actually good looking, with an old broken divan, they said there is no other room available, after 2 times going to the reception they changed to a main new block, not a good experience and first impression especially when you just arrived at night and is very tired. The next day we informed the manager about that situation and she said that the guy at reception at night has not had access to their system, but I do not think it is our problem, they should improve it. the rest was all good.

Great last minute get away

The location of the hotel is good, I was worried being nearer to Magaluf than I would have normally gone for, but it was fine. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was very clean, including public toilets even round by the pools. The food was good. With plenty to choose from and something different every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from hotel are beautiful and easy access to sea and beaches.

Nothing really bad,, was just confused when we got there as hotel split over different sites but once there and it was explained all fine. Can be difficult to get taxi from hotel, but then found buses easier and cheaper to get around. With tap on and off system with bank card
