What was the highlight of Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca
Would i stay there again - yes I would - but my expectation of Deluxe wouldn't be so high I guess.
The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean and location perfect. Beds were comfy and hotel quiet at night.
I stayed in a Deluxe room (room 135). There was nothing deluxe about it to be honest. It was clean and maintained - but for sure not deluxe. If this was advertised as a standard room I would have been happy. The gym was poor with a broken treadmill, broken bench and poor lighting - but I guess it isnt used that often. Despite being so close to Magaluf, the hotel was very quiet and for me in an ideal location - if you want to avoid climbing hills to get to reception - enter at the sea level next to the pool and take the lift to what floor you want.

Wonderful
Some of the reviews do not do this hotel justice, we had a fantastic stay here the staff were so friendly the hotel had everything on your doorstep and was spotless great variety of food in the restaurant every day
All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive but this changed during our stay but we still couldn’t avail very confusing
